Republic Act 9775 or the "Anti-child pornography Act of 2009"

 

Child pornography is done through child sexual exploitation and sexual abuse. All over the world, many cases regarding child pornography have been rising and so are victims. Sadly, many victims aren't aware that they are being used already; while on the other hand, abusers are enjoying in using them. And this is against the law.

As child pornography continues, these children's lives are being ruined too. Being introduced into pornography in an early age could really affect their main perspective in life. And the fact that they are being encouraged by adults could make them think that what they are doing is just okay. 

Child Pornography could turn a child into a sex addict or give them trauma or both, which is a very bad result. And also, to add, nowadays, many minors are being impregnated in an early age, and child pornography is probably one of the causes.

Introduction of pornography to minors through exploitation, abuse, or on any form of sexualizing falls under child pornography. No one should employ, sell, and or advertise a child for sexual activities and money.

PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT BLOCKS TWO (2) PORNOGRAPHIC CITES AFTER BREAKING THE LAW OF "ANTI-CHILD PORNOGRAPHY ACT OF 2009."

3 years ago, the government of the Philippines blocked two (2) pornographic cites after breaking the law of anti-child pornography act. And in accordance to that, internet providers also started blocking these kind of cites. Also, aside from the Philippines, many other countries have been blocking pornographic cites too to avoid and prevent the progress of child-pornography.

AN ACT DEFINING THE CRIME OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY, PRESCRIBING PENALTIES                                             THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

This act shall protect children or minors from any form of child pornography, to protect children's rights and personal spaces, to protect children from any unwanted and uncomfortable situations, and to give children or minors a safe environment to live in.

Up until now, many people still uses child pornography as a job to earn a living by feeding other people's thirst or pleasure through exploitation or selling explicit contents. Imagine destroying children's lives just to live comfortably and just to pleasure yourself; you are miserable, and so does your life.

No one deserves to be used and or abused; minors or not, everyone deserves to be respected. Child Pornography is a crime, and will always be a crime.
